新能源专用40.5kV油浸式全范围高压限流熔断器

本产品适用于交流50～60Hz,额定电压40.5kV的电力系统中，作为电力变压器及其它电力设备的短路和过载保护元件。其主要安装于40.5kV的美式箱变中，可与其它电器元件共箱。正常使用条件1) 周围空气最高温度为40℃，最低为-40℃；2) 海拔不超过1000米；3) 相对湿度：日平均不大于95％，月平均不大于90％；4) 周围空气未被灰尘、烟、腐蚀性或可燃性气体、蒸汽或盐雾过度污染；5) 当使用于变压器油中时，周围变压器油的温度上限不超过105℃。型号说明（注：在额定电流后加/S表示带熔断指示及信号输出功能,在S后加/H数字表示适用于高海拔产品,即H1表示大于1000米小于等于2000米，H2表示大于2000米小于等于3000米，海拔3000米以上需特殊订制，请直接与公司联系。）基本参数安装及使用说明：变压器箱体上熔断器的安装孔为φ100+1.5 0(16～63A)、φ120+1.5 0(63～80A)，圆孔周围布置M10×45㎜的四个螺栓(M10盲螺孔)，螺栓(螺孔)间距为115×115±0.5㎜(16～63A)、130×130±0.5㎜(63～80A)，4个螺栓(螺孔)的位置与安装孔同心；熔断器装入箱体后，熔断器支架壳外表皮之间、熔断器支架壳外表皮和端部与变压器油箱内壁及异相电缆之间需保持足够的绝缘距离；熔断器为水平安装,并与变压器箱体面板垂直,熔断器伸入油箱的部分应浸入变压器绝缘油中并用绝缘支架(用户自备，见图1、图2)可靠支撑固定。安装步骤： 1、根据图1、图2中的相应位置在变压器箱中安装好绝缘支架(用户自备)，否则容易产生因熔断器自重下垂,密封圈与面板受力不均匀或熔断器支架法兰根部断裂而造成漏油现象发生。2、将密封圈套入熔断器支架上，穿入箱体上的相应孔中，使熔断器支架与箱体面板垂直，并旋紧四个固定螺母，然后用尼龙扎带或绝缘带在绝缘支架处扎紧固定。3、将熔断器前、后接线端子分别串联接到回路导线上，并旋紧螺钉，用力要适度；4、插入熔断件前先要检查熔断件与载熔体螺纹连接无松动、熔断件金属外帽端面及载熔体上导电触头表面清洁，然后使载熔体盖子箭头方向和铝压盖箭头方向一致后，一手握住手柄，一手托住熔断件，将其缓慢插入熔断器支架内，插入到位后扳下手把使锁紧。5、根据设计需...
